Ultrasonic Single Rail Tester

Defects and errors in rail are not easy to identify visually. It should be done using Ultrasonic Rail Tester, a lightweight and compact ultrasonic inspection system for inspecting thermits as well as Flash Butt Welds. This is designed with single probe inspection of head from web to foot and dual probe inspection from the side and top of the head. It is available with a Windows-based PC advanced software for processing the data from ultrasonic testing. With simple LCD display having menu driven error detector unit, it ensures easy operation. In addition, it is very easy to install and operate and on the track.
